The project became the talk of the entire nation as it happened to be Rajamouli's first after his dream sensation Baahubali at the international level. Tollywood itself got surprised and everyone hailed Rajamouli's guts who sought to bring together two different families Konidelas and Nandamuris and the stars who have two different stars with two different fan bases and two different communities.
