Mega Brother Naga Babu's daughter Niharika captured the imagination of all as Mega Star Chiranjeevi's niece. Unlike other stars who restrict their family females, Naga Babu gave her full freedom and she attracted movie lovers with a short film Mudda Pappu Avakaya. She then set her sights on silver screen and when she expressed her desire to star as a heroine, mega family didnot objected.

However her debut film Oka Manasu bombed at the box office and as expected mega fans are not offering their support to her. She didnot lose hope but tested her luck with Happy Wedding. But even that film met with the same fate and her father Naga Babu is hoping that she will stop her flop forays in the industry.

But inside talk is Niharika Konidela is confident that she will taste success and in the process giving green signal to any project. Naga Babu and Varun Tej are supporting her so as not to hurt her feelings and are hoping that she will realise the reality after doing 2-3 films. But in between rumours are spreading about Niharika and her affair with a young hero. Mega family is silently bearing the brunt as they know that till Niharika is in the industry, rumours will spread and none can stop them.
