Akhil scores one bigger bomb and it is very sad news to Akkineni Fans who eagerly waited for his success. As Akhil already had already two failures, his latest film Mr Majnu declared as another big bomb.

It was black Monday for Mr Majnu and worst Tuesday for the film, finally, the flick almost ended with heavy losses up to Rs 10 Cr, many are estimating. In the meantime, it was not only a big shock for Akhil, but also for Venky Atluri. Venky scored a decent hit with his first film Toliprema, this time he couldn't escape the ‘Second Cinema’ sentiment. Some are quoting ‘Had Venky selected another hero, he would have scored big’.

By the end of the 1st weekend, Mr Majnu collected 9.5 Cr, but on Monday it fell down at its worst path and failed to survive on Tuesday. As per trade reports, the film’s collections ended at around 10.5 Cr. Mr Majnu’s pre-release business was done at around 22 Cr. So losses will be very huge for producer BVSN Prasad many are asserting.
