The Tamil version is titled as 'Varma' starring hero Vikram's son Dhruv. It is his debut movie and the direction department is being handled by notable director Bala. But, now the production company E4 Entertainments has given a huge shock. They said that they were not happy after seeing the final version and will start a fresh new version of Arjun Reddy. They even changed the director.
