The moment we think of grand scale historical movies being made in Telugu, one actress flashes to our minds are Anushka Shetty - thanks to her performances in Baahubali, Rudramadevi and Arundhati. Now, her name is being rumoured to be associated with Megastar Chiranjeevi's 'Sye Raa Narasimha Reddy', a historical war film in the direction of Surender Reddy.

In this film on life on freedom fighter Uyyalawada Narasimha Reddy, Nayanatara and Tamannah Bhatia are already acting as leading ladies. And, the latest we hear from tinsel town is that Anushka Shetty has also been approached for another important role in the film. The shooting of the film, which already is in the final stage, will reportedly conclude with her portion. However, an official announcement in this matter is yet to be made.

The wide star cast of the movie includes Amitabh Bachchan, Kicha Sudeep, Jagapathi Babu, Vijay Sethupathi and others. While Amit Trivedi is the music composer, Rathnavelu is handling camera work. Ram Charan is bankrolling this project on Konidela Production Company.
