In a shocking development, it is learned that maverick director Puri Jagannath has met with Kannada Star Hero Yash of KGF for Jana Gana Mana, which was earlier scripted for Tollywood Super Star Mahesh Babu.

Due to creative rifts between Puri Jagannath and Mahesh Babu the prestigious project, Jana Gana Mana hasn’t shown light. However, Puri is expressing full of confidence on Jana Gana Mana and he has made some important changes to the script recently according to latest developments in India.

“It is a unique and powerful subject and it has the power to score a big hit at ticket windows. More than power, the film has no nativity issues and it has the capability of attracting audiences irrespective of languages” close sources to the director revealed.

If gossips are to be believed, Puri and Yash may go ahead with the project in 2020. Currently, Yash is busy with KGF Chapter 2, which is the sequel for KGF. Meanwhile, Puri is getting ready for Double iSmart, the sequel of iSmart Shankar.
