Actor Sumanth has been seeing a lot of ups and downs in his career. Later, he was seen in Subramanyapuram and this film has done well at the box office. Also, he was seen reprising the role of his late grandfather in NTR biopic. Since then, he hasn’t announced any of his projects.

As per the latest report, that actor has been roped in to play the lead role in the Telugu remake of Malayalam gangster comedy Padayottam. The untitled film is directed by Vinu Yagna and newbie Aima has been roped in as the leading lady.
