Now, Tollywood is also echoing out their views and slowly, our actors are coming out in support for Amaravati farmers, who are fighting AP CM YS Jagan Mohan Reddy's three-capital proposal.
Telugu pop singer Smitha has offered her support to Amaravati farmers. Reacting to the agitation in Amaravati, Smitha tweeted, "Extremely sad and heartbreaking. It’s very painful to see how many have become so insensitive and don’t care anymore for anything beyond themselves #AmaravathiFarmers I am with you. I am praying for you each day & sharing your pain. WE can make anything happen #UnitedWeStand". However, netizens look at both of them (Rohith and Smitha) as supporters of the Telugu Desam Party.
Earlier on Thursday, TDP President Nara Chandrababu Naidu's nephew and Tollywood actor Nara Rohith declared his support for the farmers. Through a Facebook post, Rohith said he will soon be participating in their fight. It's known that farmers of the capital region are protesting from the last 23 days and they received full support from opposition parties including TDP, Jana Sena and BJP.
