Tollywood Character artist John Kottoly died after suffering a heart attack on Tuesday morning. He has gained a good name with his performances in 'Manu' and 'Falaknuma Das'. Also, he received the appreciation from critics for his phenomenal work in short films like Kalakarudu, Sainma, and Mr. Amayakudu.

Shocked after learning about his death news, few Tollywood celebrities including director Mohan Krishna Indraganti, Sai Rajesh, actor Sathya Dev, Rahul Ramakrishna, Gayathri Gupta, and others have condoled the death of John. Noted filmmaker Mohan Krishna Indraganti has expressed shock. He said: "Shattered by the news of John Kottoly’s demise!!! John, what a great guy you are!!! And how much I will miss you as a person and an actor. Rest In Peace, my friend! I pray for strength to the family. This is terrible news."
