Megastar Chiranjeevi's blockbuster film Jagadeka Veerudu Athiloka Sundari (JVAS) is one of the unforgettable movies produced by Vyjayanthi Movies banner. The mesmerizing chemistry between Chiranjeevi and Sri Devi, Ilayaraja's music, and director Raghavendra Rao's magic have made it a 'classic'.


Film enthusiasts still remember this film for many elements, most importantly for the super hit 'Abbani Tiyyani Debba...' song. Now, producer Ashwini Dutt has announced a sequel to that blockbuster. He decided to take retirement from films after producing his dream project - JVAS sequel.


The talk about Jagadeka Veerudu Athiloka Sundari sequel has been making rounds for a long time. Ram Charan and Jhanvi Kapoor were rumored to be the lead pair in the sequel. But, it didn't materialize till now.


After Dutt's recent announcement, the sequel of JVAS has again become the big subject of discussion in the industry. Nag Ashwin, the son-in-law of Ashwini Dutt and director of Mahanati, is most likely to helm this sequel after 2022. Currently, Nag Ashwin is busy in developing the full script for his next with Prabhas!
