Suriya Siva Kumar and Vikram K Kumar teamed up for the first time for the film 24. It's been four years since the film released and there is talk about the film's sequel now. The sci-fi drama with a time-travel backdrop entertained everyone big time. Suriya played a dual role in the film while Samantha and Nithya Menen played the leading ladies.

Vikram Kumar prepared the story for the sequel of the film and he recently narrated the same to Suriya. Apparently, Suriya too got impressed with the script and has given his nod to Vikram Kumar to begin the work on the film.

Most likely, an official announcement of the film might come towards the end of the year. The makers might begin the shoot sometime next year.
