The episode started with Nagarjuna's spectacular entry with 'Brahmaramba' song from 'Rarandoi Veduka Chuddam' movie. Swathi Deekshith who got eliminated yesterday She said that Amma Rajashekar is the backstabber. She gave the gossip queen card to Sujatha and Theif to Sohel. She said Lasya is opportunistic and Noel is innocent. She said no one can trust Monal. Swathi added that Mehboob is getting influenced.
She claimed that Monal is a manipulator. Swathi gave 'over confident' tag to Ariyana and 'tubelight' tag to Harika. She gave 'egoistic' tag to Abhijeet and 'Chaadila Chitta' to Gangavva. She said that Akhil doesn't have focus on the game and Avinash is a good entertainer. Later, the contestants got ready to play the 'Role Reversal' task. All the girls turned into boys and all the guys became girls for the task. Lasya as Laksh and Mehboob as Mehbooba danced for 'Gongura Thota Kaada' song from 'Venky' movie.
Harika as Hari and Avinash as Avani enacted a scene from 'Kushi' movie. Monal as Munna and Akhil as Akhila danced for 'Diwali Deepanni' from 'Dhada' movie. Amma Rajashekar as Amma Rajani and Sujatha as Sujeeth enacted a funny scene from 'Chudalani Undi' movie. Gangavva as Gangulu and Kumar Sai as Sai Kumari danced for 'Mutyalu Vastava' song from 'Manushulanta Okate' movie.
Noel as Nalini and Divi as Dev enacted a funny scene from 'Athadu' movie. Sohel as Sonal and Ariyana as Arya danced for 'Rattalu Rattalu' song from 'Khaidi Number 150' movie. Abhijeet as Abhijeeth Sri and Harika and Hari danced for 'Samajavaragamana' song from 'Ala Vaikunthapurramloo' movie. Nagarjuna announced Sonal and Arya as winners in the dance task and Amma Rajini and Sujeeth in the acting task. The housemates got divided into two teams. Sohel, Noel, Harika, Ariyana, Monal, and Divi belonged to Team A. Amma Rajashekar, Kumar Sai, Akhil, Abhijeet, Mehboob, and Lasya are the Team B. Avinash is the commentator and they played Kabaddi with balloons.
Team A won the task. When Nagarjuna asked the contestants in the nominations to stand popularity-wise, Abhijeet stood in the first place followed by Mehboob, Lasya, Sohel, Harika, and Kumar Sai. But Harika and Kumar Sai were not happy with this and Nagarjuna asked the rest of the housemates also to decide. The housemates shifted Harika to 6th position and sent Kumar Sai to the 5th. The episode ended with Nagarjuna declaring that all the contestants are in the safe zone.
