Tollywood star actor Nandamuri Balakrishna once tried to remake and direct his father senior NTR's 'Nartanashala' movie. But unfortunately, the movie stopped as Soundarya died in a plane crash. Now, he is going to release the film on Shreyas ET OTT platform. The first look of the film is out today and Balakrishna's look is currently going viral on social media.
Only 17 minutes of the movie shooting got completed. Balakrishna played the role of Arjuna. Srihari essayed the role of Bhima. The movie also featured Uday Kiran as Abhimanyudu, Sai Kumar as Duryodhanudu, Asin as Uttara, Sarath Babu as Dharmaraju, Kota Srinivasa Rao as Virata Raju, and veteran director K Vishwanath in another crucial role. On the demand of his fans, Balakrishna has now decided to release the 17-minute movie online on NBK theatre on 24th October on the occasion of Dussehra. Shreyas under the ET platform is presenting the film. Balakrishna added that a part of the collections will be given to charities. The fans are super excited to see the late actress Soundarya on the silver screens again.
Pusapati Lakshmipati Raju bankrolled this project. The majority of the film had been shot before it got shelved due to the sudden demise of Soundarya which made Balakrishna to drop the idea of the film.
