The episode started with Nagarjuna saying that as he is busy with 'Wild Dog' shooting at Kullu Manali and his daughter-in-law Samantha Akkineni is going to become the host today. Samantha entered the stage and greeted the audience. Nagarjuna through a video surprised the audience by claiming that Samantha is going to host the show today.
Samantha said so many good things about the girls' in the house. She gave the chances for the guys to tell positives and negatives about themselves. Everyone came into the garden area and did the 'Swayamvaram' task. Amma Rajashekar is the father of the bride. Lasya is the marriage broker. Noel is from the grooms' side. Ariyana, Divi, Monal, and Harika are the brides. Avinash, Akhil, Abhijeet, Avinash, and Mehboob are the bachelors who tried to impress the girls. The girls selected Akhil as the Most Eligible Bachelor and as a special gift Samantha showed a video message from Akhil's family and he gets emotional. Monal and Noel also got videos from their respective families and gets emotional. Ariyana got into the safe zone.
As a part of 'Swayamvaram' second part, 'Evadu Potugadu'. Samantha asked some questions about the girls in the house. Sohel gets eliminated after the task and Samantha showed his family video. Amma Rajashekar and Divi also received their family videos. Samantha invited Most Eligible Bachelor Akhil Akkineni onto the stage. Akhil-Monal, Harika-Avinash, Divi-Abhijeet, and Ariyana-Mehboob danced. Mehboob and Ariyana won the task and received videos from their families. Avinash also received the family videos and became emotional. Noel entered the safe zone. Samantha unveiled Akhil's 'Most Eligible Bachelor' teaser. After a power-packed performance by Payal Rajput, Abhijeet got into the safe zone. Lasya, Abhijeet, and Harika received family videos. Hyper Aadi came as Detective Aadi and made some funny comments about the housemates.
Divi gets eliminated. Her Bigg Bomb is that the housemate should cook 3 meals per day. Divi gave it to Lasya and the latter took Abhijeet as her helping partner.
