National-award winning filmmaker Suseendhran is currently busy working on an exciting film Eeshwarudu. The film has a rural backdrop where Simbhu plays the lead role in the movie. The film unit released the first look poster of the movie yesterday which opened to a huge positive response from the audiences. In the first look poster, we can see Simbhu sporting a lungi with a snake around his neck.

Simbhu seems to have undergone a huge physical transformation for the movie. He looks dashing as a villager in the movie. Niddhi Agerwal plays the leading lady in the film. Thaman is scoring the music for the movie.
