With the lockdown and the shutdown of theatres, there is no scope for the new releases in the Telugu states so far. The government has now given permission for the release of new movies, but only 50 percent occupancy is allowed in the theatres. If 50 percent occupancy continues till Sankranthi 2021, there will be no chance for the release of biggies. So, the talk is that Chiranjeevi's Acharya, Prabhas' Radhe Shyam, and Allu Arjun's Pushpa will be aimed for a release during Dusshera next year.
Chiranjeevi's Acharya shoot resumed recently and it will take a while for the makers to complete the film's shoot. Most likely, the film will hit the screens for Dusshera instead of Summer 2021.
Prabhas' Radhe Shyam is in the final stages of the shoot. Since the film releases in multiple languages, the makers wanted to release the movie for Dusshera in all the languages.
Allu Arjun's Pushpa shoot also resumed recently. The film is also going to have a grand release during Dusshera instead of Summer.
Right now, the plan for the three actors is to target Dusshera but we have to see if there will be any more changes.
