The episode started with Nagarjuna's entry with 'Kaatuka Kanule' song from 'Aakasam Nee Haddhu Ra' movie. Ariyana said that Akhil funnily flirted with her. Abhijeet got released from prison. 

Bigg Boss gave MTR Telugu Ruchulu task. The housemates got divided into Team Yellow and Team Red. Sohel is the judge. Abhijeet, Harika, and Avinash are in Team Yellow. Akhil, Monal, and Ariyana are in Team Red. Team Red has to prepare Rasam, a veg gravy, and lemon rice. Team Yellow has to make Sambar, veg gravy, and Tomato rice. Judge Sohel said both teams are winners.

Bigg Boss also gave hygienix task and the housemates completed the luxury budget task. Ariyana made a funny comment on Avinash who lashed out at her and the duo got into a huge argument. Nagarjuna greeted the housemates. Avinash came into the confession room and explained his problems to Nagarjuna and complained about Monal. Nagarjuna showed a video of Monal and she apologized to Avinash. Abhijeet also came in the confession room and apologized to Nagarjuna for disappointing him and Nag encouraged him.

Monal cried and came into the confession room and explained her problems. Nagarjuna encouraged her and boosted her confidence. Akhil got into the safe zone and got the ticket to the finale. Nagarjuna gave the weak bond task to the housemates and he said that everyone should break a stick and said with whom they will break the relationship. Ariyana broke the bond with Sohel. Abhijeet broke the bond with Harika. Harika broke the bond with Monal. 

Avinash broke the bond with everyone. Monal broke the bond with Harika. Akhil broke the bond with Monal. Sohel broke the bond with everyone.
