We already knew that the IT department has recently conducted IT raids on properties of Bollywood filmmaker Anurag Kashyap and Taapsee Pannu on Wednesday. The next day, the department revealed the details about what they found without taking any names in the official statement.

According to the income tax department, they found manipulation of income during the raid at almost thirty locations linked to director Anurag Kashyap and Taapsee Pannu. Anurag Kashyap's old production house Phantom Films also got raided and it seems like Anurag Kashyap used this production house for suppression of income compared to actual box office numbers.

If the buzz is to be believed, then the production house has failed to explain the discrepancy of Rs. 300 crore. They have also found some cash receipts by the leading actress about 5 crores. This news came out as a shocker for the fans.
