Megastar Chiranjeevi's next film is Acharya. The film is scheduled for a grand release in May and the makers are yet to complete the film's shoot. Chiranjeevi will romance Kajal Aggarwal in the film. The film marks their reunion after Khaidi No. 150. Koratala Siva is the director. The film unit is busy shooting the movie despite the second wave of Corona doing rounds in the Telugu states.

The film unit decided to continue shooting the film with all necessary precautions. The film unit needs to shoot with big crowds and at a time when the corona cases are growing up, it is naturally risky to shoot with a heavy crowd. But, the film unit has to complete the film on time since a lot is at stake.

As per the buzz, both Ram Charan and Chiranjeevi are taking part in the film's shoot now. The makers want to finish the shoot by April 25th and keep the film ready for a release on May 13th.
