Jagapathi Babu and Arjun are best friends for a long time. They have also acted together in movies like Hanuman Junction and Siva Kasi. Now, Jagapathi Babu is all set to replace his bestie in Superstar Mahesh Babu's upcoming film Sarkaru Vaari Paata. According to the tinsel town sources, Arjun was supposed to do a key role in Sarkaru Vaari Paata. But he walked out of the project due to some unknown reasons. Immediately, the makers approached Jagapathi Babu for the same role.

We hear that the actor has agreed to do it and will start shooting for the film soon. It is reported that this role will be of the main antagonist. Both Mahesh and Jagapathi Babu had earlier worked together for the film Srimanthudu. It has to be seen how they share screen space as a hero and villain in this movie. Directed by Parasuram Petla, Sarkaru Vaari Paata features Keerthy Suresh as the female lead. It is slated for release on January 13, 2022.
