Mohanlal, the complete actor made his debut in Telugu earlier, with a couple of interesting films. The veteran actor has been approached to play a key role in Ram Charan's next film, directed by Shankar but the actor reportedly rejected the same.

Mohanlal was offered a negative role in the film and the actor rejected the same, for the same reason. Mohanlal does not want to play negative roles at this point in his career as he is playing a lot of good and powerful characters.

Mohanlal is open to doing Telugu films but he is waiting for the right opportunity and the actor is set to come up with his next film, under the direction of Jeethu Joseph.

Tentatively titled RC15, the film also features Srikanth, Sunil, Sj Suryah, and others in crucial roles.
