Mega Prince Varun Tej who scored a decent hit with 'Gaddalakonda Ganesh' in 2019 recently came up with 'Ghani' under the direction of Kiran Korrapati. Touted to be a sports drama, Varun Tej played the role of a boxer in the movie.

The film recently got released on April 8, 2022 and has been receiving a lukewarm response from the audience. Coming to the personal life of the actor, just a couple of months ago rumors came out that Varun Tej is all set to tie the knot with Tollywood heroine Lavanya Tripathi but the duo has indirectly denied the rumors. Now, recently during the promotions of Ghani, Varun Tej was asked about his wedding plans and the Mega Hero gave a shocking answer. He said that he has no plans to get married this year and added that he will be busy with multiple projects and will not have much time to even think about a wedding.

On the film front, Varun Tej is also busy with 'F3' under the direction of Anil Ravipudi and also has a project directed by Praveen Sattaru. Varun Tej also signed a pan-Indian project in which he will be playing the role of an army officer.
