The episode started with the housemates dancing to Roll Rida's rap song. Ariyana says that she got hurt with Ashu's behavior and might be somewhat distant from her even after going out of the Bigg Boss house. The duo gets into an argument. Shanmukh Jaswanth entered the Bigg Boss house and greeted the housemates.

Shannu asked the housemates to say who is the best captain. Shiva got the highest number of votes. When asked about the worst captain, Bindu says a tie between Anil and Ashu. Ashu said Anil. Shannu says the positives and negatives of everyone. Shannu started the task where the participants have to bring the balls out by pouring water.

Akhil won the task and gets the mystery box. Shannu asked the housemates to say their best situations and also a situation where they want to change. Shiva said that he is regretting his situation with Ashu. Akhil said that he is regretting the word he used during his nomination to Bindu. Bindu also said that she is regretting the situation where she used some words in Akhil's nomination.

Bigg Boss gave the contenders task where the participants will wear large sponges. They have to drown in the pool and press the sponge to fill the water in the container. Shiva won the task. Akhil said that he will use the mystery box for himself. The gift is that Akhil can go two ranks up. So, Akhil becomes the fourth contender for 'Eviction Free Pass'.
