Director Bobby Kolli is highly confident about the success of his upcoming release Waltair Veerayya. Starring Megastar Chiranjeevi in the lead role, this action drama is set for a grand release on January 13, 2023, during the Sankranthi festive season.

The mega fans celebration meet was held in Hyderabad the other day. Speaking at the event, Bobby said that Chiru watched the film and opined that it will be a double blockbuster. "Chiranjeevi garu watched the movie two days ago. After watching it, he said a single word - 'Double Blockbuster'," said Bobby.

His statement has now raised expectations among fans with respect to Waltair Veerayya. They are now eagerly waiting for the release. The theatrical trailer of the film will be out on January 4, said sources. Waltair Veerayya features Shruti Haasan as the female lead. Ravi Teja and Catherine Tresa essayed other pivotal roles in it. Devi Sri Prasad composed the music for the film. Mythri Movie Makers bankrolled the project.
