MM Keeravani is one of the top music composers in the country right now. The music director is working on multiple interesting projects. For the film RRR, MM Keeravani grabbed a Golden Globe and the government of India has also announced Padma Shri for him.

Sharing his reaction over the same, Keeravani's cousin Rajamouli posted an interesting note on social media.

"Like many of your fans feel, this recognition indeed was long over due. But, as you say the universe has a strange way of rewarding one's efforts. The song won the Golden Globe award 2023 in the Best Original Song category. RRR is a fictional period drama based on the lives of two Telugu freedom fighters, Alluri Seetharama Raju and Komaram Bheem. Ram Charan and Jr NTR played the roles respectively. The song Naatu Naatu will be performed at the award ceremony on March 12th.
