According to recent reports, Chiranjeevi has signed on to star in a film for his daughter, Susmitha Konidela. The film, which is yet to be titled, will be directed by Tamil filmmaker PS Mithran, who recently achieved success with Sardar, starring Karthik. The script has been written by BVS Ravi, and Chiranjeevi is said to be impressed with both the story and the team.

Susmitha and her husband, Vishnu Prasad, have ventured into film production and recently released Sridevi Shoban Babu under their banner, Gold Box Entertainments. Although the film didn't perform as well as hoped at the box office, it did generate revenue from its digital and satellite rights.

For their second production, Susmitha has brought in her father, Megastar Chiranjeevi, to take on the lead role. Fans are eagerly anticipating the formal announcement of the film.
