So, here is a scoop of what kind of workout he does when he hits the gym. This would make even a regular fitness freak break into sweat.

As per the leak, Nag does standing press with 72 kilos weight, bench press with 92 kilos weight, Squats with 100 kilos weight, Dead Lift with 130 kilos weight and low squat with 80 kilos weight. While there are few other things he does, guess if you are able to do at least forty percent of it, you can get into perfect shape.
