UTV Motion Pictures have been producing movies in Bollywood for a long time now. The growth and success of Telugu films have been realised by UTV Motion Pictures and now they have declared its first production with the megastar tollywood actor Mahesh Babu.
This Telugu upcoming film is to be written and directed by the ace director Koratala Siva. The movie will hit the floors in July 2014. Indira Productions will also be working in association with UTV Motion Pictures. Telugu cinema is the second leading industry in India and the production companies certainly don’t want to miss the chances of doing business in this industry.
UTV Motion Pictures have stated their belief in the supremacy of great storytelling and have demonstrated the same in Malayalam and Tamil movies. Now they assure that they have a story that will appeal the masses and thus they are excited to explore this new venture with Telugu cinema.
UTV Motion Pictures certainly believe that this I going to be superb combo between the Tollywood actor and the production house.
The actor is busy currently with his movie ‘One’ and ‘Agadu’ which will be released soon. It will be a buffet of Mahesh Babu’s films for his fans that he is now going to do another movie under UTV Motion Pictures banner.
Mahesh Babu is one of the A-list actors in Tollywood with a huge fan following. He has always explored his roles in his films and has been accepted by his fans. He is already coming with a new look in the movie ‘One’. His fans are already enthusiastic about his new look and are fervently waiting for the release.
Now that UTV Motion Pictures have confirmed the news on October 21 of producing a film with the actor, his fans have raised their expectations to the next level.
UTV Motion Pictures is one of the prevalent production houses in the film industry with 15-20 releases every year in Hindi and Tamil. The production house had produced one Telugu film in the year 2007 titled ‘Atidhi’ with Ramesh Babu, brother of Mahesh Babu under the banner Krishna Pictures and henceforth, we can also call this new venture of UTV Motion Pictures a comeback film in the Telugu film industry.
Mahesh babu already feels elated to be on board with this prestigious production house. The director Koratala Siva has also expressed his delight to be chosen as the director and writer for his third film with the actor and the huge production house. It is certain that since UTV Motion Pictures production house is involved in making of this film, there is going to be gigantic investments made too.
The lead heroine, other cast, artists and technicians for the film haven’t been finalised yet.
Disney UTV was formed last year in a joint venture with US Studio ‘Disney’ and local powerhouse UTV communications and post this merger it will be Disney UTV’s first production project in Telugu movies. Everybody is eagerly waiting to see the first teaser of this movie and we certainly hope that this film does wonder for the production house and the actor.
