Manam to have red carpet premiere on Thursday

South Indian movies have increased its fan base from just being regional movie to national regular entertainment. They are dubbed and shown in our television screen or they are even remade in Bollywood style. So as you could see, they have a very good influence, specially the new breed and old breed of actors coming together have lifted the movies to a different level.

A similar promising movie which our Hindi population may be seeing on the television screen or being remade or even better option read subtitles from your DVD player is “Manam”. This is Telugu Comedy Drama with a great star cast. It has the late Nageshwar Rao, Nagarjuna and Naga Chaiyanya. When asked to Naga Chaitanya about his character he stated that he plays to which he replied that he plays a happy go lucky college student third of his generation in the movie. He also got a character in the flash back who is totally different and this made the part difficult for him to act. The ladies opposite to these mail characters would be gorgeous Shriya Sharan (you do remember the lady from Shivaji: the boss rite) and Samantha who has acted in many films before with Naga Chaitanya, though this handsome dude is a very hard shell to crack while an interview he also said that the climax scene between him and Samantha is a scene to watch out for because of their history in movies together and because of this good rapport that scene has come out really well.

Manam to have red carpet premiere on Thursday

This film is directed by Vikram Kumar. The dialogues are by HarshVardhan and music has been given by Anoop Ruben. The biggest pulling factor of this movie is that Big B., Amitabh Bachan would be seen on screen for a cameo appearance and that’s huge. The Akkineni family has a big influence on telugu film industry and two Akkineni men together would also bring lots of fans to the cinema theatre. This movie would be the last movie of the legend Nageshwara Rao in which he acted before leaving for heavenly aboard. He died during the production phase in January 2014.

The movie has a simple story line which has reincarnation as its base, the drama lies from 1920 to 2020 which has the concept of eternal love, this is quite common if we think but the fact that it has three star and two very beautiful ladies makes this something to watch out for. The release scheduled on 31st March 2014 on the eve of Ugadi, but due to the delay in shooting and production it was shifted to 23rd May 2014. So, the fans must gear up in collecting the tickets, as this would be the last time they see a great star shine.

A bit known about Amitabh Bachan’s cameo is that it is in due respect to pay homage to Late Nageshwar Rao because as per Nagarjuna, his father used to consider him one of the greatest star we have in this country. This movie is surely something to spend a matinee with your friends or family.
