Latest Telugu cinema news is about Telugu actor Mahesh Babu, who is recently busy in starring a movie ‘Aagadu’. Movie is directed by creative director ‘Srinu Vytla’ and other casts are Tamannah and Shruti Hasan.
The interesting thing happened on the set, a special guest visited the place and met the cast and crew. The special guest was Media Baron Ramoji Rao. He is recently appointed as the chairman of film city. Ramoji Rao met Srinu Vaitla, the director and discussed about the film. Ramoji was much impressed with his art and great work.
About the Film:
Aagadu is action entertainer movie starring Mahesh Babu as lead and his female co-operative is Tamannah. It is being said that he is going to be seen in a completely different role in this film which he never attempted in his carrier. Brahmanandam and Prakash Raj are also playing another roles in the flick.
Other Cast and Crew:
Music has been scored by S. Thaman and movie has been produced under 14 reels entertainment Pvt. Ltd banner. The starting shooting of the film was started on 25th October 2013 in Ramanaidu Studio and set to release on May, 2014. But now movie release date has been postponed and is said to be released on 19 sept, 2014.
Film story is written by Anil Ravipudi, Upendra Madhav and Praveen Varma. Sonu Sood is working as primary antagonist and Shruti Hasan made a special appearance. She is performing an item number song in the film. Apart from that, other important casts of the film are Rajendra Prasad, Nadhiya, M.S. Narayan and Sai Kumar in key roles. The set of the film was set up in the backdrop of Tadipatri village of Ananthapuram District in Rayalaseema. In some roles of the film Both Mahesh and Tamannah have been played a role of Police Officers.
The banner used for the film has also produced Srinu Vytla’s ‘Dookudu’ movie which also featured Mahesh Badu in lead role. With this film S. Thaman has marked his 50th film as a music composer. Editing and Cinematography has been handled by M. R. Verma and K.V. Guhan respectively.
Ramoji and Shrinu:
This was not the first he visited film city like this. Earlier Ramoji Rao blessed Rajamouli during Bahubali shoot in RFC. The director Srinu Vaitla worked for Ramoji for his early age movie Anandam. He was blessed with the blessing of Ramoji in his early age of career. Shrinu Vytla consider himself very lucky having Ramoji by his side. As with the first movie ‘Ananadam’ release he got a blockbuster hit at the box office.
With the arrival of Ramoji during preparation, director Srinu was like flying high. He shared his happiness to his fans in social media and posted about the visit that he felt very privileged to have Shri Ramoji Rao Garu on his sets and having his blessings with him. Film city chairmen wished him for the success of his movie and for his great work.
