The Filmfare award winner is facing money trouble these days. She is making her appearance in the news as she is not returning her advance payment to the producer. Kaja Aggarwal made her debut performance in the Bollywood film ‘Kyun ho gaya na”. Apart from taking, she also takes part in many commercial brand endorsements and television shows. Recently she made her appearance in the Bollywood film starring Akshay Kumar ‘Special 26’. ‘Magadheera’ is her biggest hit film in the South. She is the brand ambassador of Celebrity Cricket League, Lux and she endorses Bru and Samsung mobiles and few jewellery outlets also. She is becoming quite infamous for her controversial act.
Udhayanidhi Stalin, the producer turned actor has recently filed a charge against Kajal Aggarwal with the Tamil Films Producers’ Council for refusing to subside the advance money, which he had paid her for the upcoming project “Nanbenda”.
Ultimately, it was Kajal Aggarwal, who actually signed for Jagadish’s project Nanbenda, and she was trading with 1.4 crore rupees. As an advance payment, she was paid 40 lakhs by the producer. But, later due to call sheet clash with Kajal Aggarwal, the squad signed up Nayanthara for the female leadin the movie. Sources say that, Kajal Aggarwal is actually willing to induce up the money, but it is her mother, who mainly manages her projects, claims allegedly that Kajal has missed out a big project in Tollywood with Junior NTR in the lead. All this happened because of the postponement of Nanbenda. Kajal’s mom puts forth a period that she considers the money paid by Udhayanidhi, as a recompense for the losses happened.
According to TFPC rules, if any actor or actress is signed for any film, and they attend the shooting for any single day then the producer cannot ask for the advance payment. Sources have revealed that Kajal Aggarwal did not even attend the shooting for one single day.
The issuances are expected to be sorted out soon, and Udhay has planned release his Nanbenda by this year. Meanwhile, Udhay has also signed movies titled Idhayam Murali and Gethu, which are planned to kick start from October. The producer have also signed up a project with Hansika in the lead. It is quite doubtful that in the future whether he will sign up any projects with Kajal Aggarwal or not. TFPC will call up Kajal for an answer and justification to her act.
Previously actor Dileep was asked to pay for the advancement made to him. All these financial issues are happening as the actors are not getting good roles. Some of them are not getting one film in a year. They are striving on the brands and the endorsement. When it comes to paying out the advance amount, they are hesitant. The actors are looking for scripts in Tollywood and Bollywood. The pay scale is far better and the profit amount they incur is much higher. All these might be the result of Kajal Aggarwal’s action.
