The verdict is finally out and Allu Arjun’s most awaited upcoming film “S/O Satyamurthy” has been awarded ‘U/A’ certificate from the Censor Board. The film is now all set for release in theatres worldwide on the 9th of April, 2015. The producer of this movie, S Radha Krishna, has produced this movie with a huge budget and a special screening of ‘Son of Satyamurthy’ was organized on the 30th of March for the Censor Board. The board officials were very happy after watching the film and congratulated the entire team for putting in an excellent effort and awarded ‘U/A’ certificate to the movie without imposing any cut.
Mega Release
The film makers are at present extremely busy making arrangements for the worldwide release of this film. The original plan was to be released on the 2nd of April which has been now rescheduled to the 9th of April due to pressure put in by Dil Raju who has bought the distribution rights for this movie. The preparations are almost complete and the film makers are eagerly waiting for the release of the film at the box office. The film ‘Son of Satyamurthy’ has been written and directed by Trivikram Srinivas and is essentially a family drama boasting of a tremendous star cast. The Kannada super star Upendra is one of the major attractions in this movie and the presence of Allu Arjun adds further charm. In addition, there are other quality artists like Samantha Ruth Prabhu, Sneha, Adah Sharma, Nithya Menen and Rajendra Prasad who needs no introduction. The music and background score has been composed by the famous music composer Devi Sri Prasad. The camera work has been handled by Prasad Murella.
Expectations
The movie “S/O Satyamurthy” has been produced under the banner ‘Haarika and Haasine Creations’ with a total budget of around ₹40 crore. In addition, the movie has already earned ₹50 crore from the sale of its music, satellite and distribution rights. It remains to be seen whether the distributors are able to recover their investment and earn profits after the movie hits the screens on the scheduled date. The censor report has added a new dimension to the already positive scenario and the entire team is happy as regards the availability of the ‘U/A’ certificate which was in line with the expectations. The censor board team has also congratulated the entire team for putting in such an excellent effort behind a clean project which would be entertaining and educative as well. They have not imposed any cuts at all in the movie and this goes to show how much they were impressed with the movie at the special screening.

The presence of the stylish Tollywood star Allu Arjun and Kannada Super star Upendra would definitely be the highlights for this movie which is not ready to hit the screens after having acquired the censor clearance with ‘U/A’ certificate. This heavy budget and multi starrer film is expected to have a great time at the box office and the film makers are absolutely confident about the success of the film.
