One of Bollywood’s biggest superstars, Salman Khan has been found guilty for the 2002 hit and run case. He has been sentenced to five years of imprisonment and this news has hit his fans very hard. The case which has been running for the past 13 years has just ended and it is an obvious fact that Salman’s attorneys will appeal for bail. Salman has already got an interim bail till Friday and it will be extremely interesting to see what he has in future.

Salman is free to defend himself but the question is how can he defend himself by saying he did not do anything wrong by fleeing away from the accident spot. He is a person who was driving drunk above the speed limit and then killed a poor road side person and simultaneously injured four others.

He is the face and the founder of Being Human, his charity foundation. This case proves otherwise. There is nothing Being Human in this accident case. Not a single step that was taken by him proved that he actually believes in the ideology of Being Human. He has done everything the exact opposite of what he claims to be. Apart from this case he has cases related to a rear animal hunting as well. We are sure his fans will be disappointed by him.
This case was the case of the prosecutors who did an excellent job. They brought in all the facts and proved Salman and his attorneys wrong. The judge also appreciated the work done by the prosecutors. The lives of many people changed after this accident and nothing can change their lives now. No matter how many years Salman is imprisoned for, there is nothing that can heal the wounds of the people who were affected and the dead person is never going to come back.
