Ankitha rose in the Tollywood galaxy through the legendary advertisement of Rasna. But, it was her adult career that projected her right among the finest in the industry. It was when she decided to play a role as the second lead in Simhadri. She played the role against the character of Jr. NTR in the film. This was her breakthrough performance and she has never looked back ever since.
