International Award for an Indian Film

Indian filmmakers are always subjected to criticism for not making international standard films and failing to reach the applause from the larger audience. However, there are some filmmakers who delivered some quality work in order to turn the international audience to our movies.

Another filmmaker from India who made a film called Buddha In a Traffic Jam and it got an award in Spain International festival in Original Screenplay category. Prominent filmmaker Vivek Agnihotri of Zid and Hate Story movie fame helmed direction for this film and Rahul Malhotra along with Vivek wrote the screenplay for this critically acclaimed film. Already this film got several awards in movie festivals like Jaipur film festival, Mumbai film festival and also it is the recipient of three awards in Madrid International film festival.

Coming to the plot of this film, it is a political satire on the current Indian society and the interesting fact that ISB alumni (Friday Night Productions) joined hands with Phoenix Multidimensions to produce this film. This film holds a star cast like Arunoday Singh, Mahie Gill and legendary actor Anupam Kher in pivotal roles.

Everyone is expecting this film to bag many more awards in famous international film festivals. On this occasion, iQlikmovies also congratulates the entire team.
