Once you become a hero you got to keep track of your contemporaries and most importantly their films release dates. But these days, the quantity in which films are being made, having multiple releases on a Friday has become inevitable. Despite that, care is taken not to have two big film releases.
But sometimes even that is not in control and this has led to a clash between two big heroes in Tamil Nadu. They are the duo of Universal star Kamal Haasan and the stylish Ajith. Their respective movies Thoongavanam and Vedhalam have hit the screens and are having a tough race at the box office.
While Vedhalam is ruling the roost in domestic box office with a collection of 25 crores in just two days of release, Thoongavanam is showing its dominance overseas with a 30 lakh lead on Ajith’s movie. The fight is expected to continue for some more time. Meanwhile, Thoongavanam is coming in Telugu as Cheekati Rajyam on November 20.
