It is a sad day to Telugu film industry and especially a black day for Telugu film writers.

Senior writer Srinivasa Chakravarthy (71) passed away in the morning hours due to old age related illness at Gandhi Hospital.

He worked as assistant and co-director for ANR films and got to fame by providing original story for super hit film Jagadeka Veerudu Athiloka Sundari (JVAS). He also gave original scripts for successful Telugu films like Patnam Vachina Pathivrathalu, Annadamula Savaal. Interestingly, two years back he prepared sequel to JVAS and even registered it at chamber and also revealed his desire to give the script for Ram Charan.

May the writer's soul rest in peace and iQlikmovies offers deepest condolences for his family.
