In the south cine circuit, the four industries are dominated by various star heroes but among them, the Mollywood circuit belongs only to two. They are megastar Mammootty and superstar Mohanlal. Apparently, new heroes like Fahaadh Faasil, Prithviraj and others have come but the first spot still belongs to the two veterans.
But now, both Mohanlal and Mammootty have begun stepping out of their kingdom to other territories. While Mohanlal seems to have chosen Tollywood, Mammootty seems to be focusing on Kollywood. Soon, Mohanlal would be seen in Chandrasekhar Yeleti’s new movie in Telugu.
As for Mammootty, sources say he is now being roped in for a new movie starring the Tamil hero Vijay and buzz is that he might be seen as the antagonist. As such, there is a strong fanbase for both the stars in the entire south so this is going to be an interesting experience for the viewers.
