Successor of the legendary ANR & Tollywood Manmadhudu Akkineni Naga Chaitanya is banking on his strength – romantic entertainers. While Goutham Menon’s Saahasame Swaasaga Saagipo’s Vellipomakey song is already the heartthrob of the youth and stakes are high on his forthcoming much anticipated Premam remake.

Right from the announcement of the project, fans of both Chay & Malayalam Premam are skeptical about the cast, title & look of the film. When titles like 'Majnu' were heard, fans already posed a bitter lip.
However quite contrary to the speculations and expectations, Chay surprised everyone with his title & look. Interestingly, the makers chose to go with ‘Premam’ in Telugu as well (the same title of original Malyalam version Premam) and with an interesting tagline - “Love stories end… Feelings Don’t” as icing on the cake.

After delivering a blockbuster like Karthikeya, director Chandoo Mondeti is directing this beautiful romantic drama featuring Shruti Haasan, Anupama Parameshwaran and Madonna Sebastian as other lead heroines. This is Suryadevara Naga Vamsi’s maiden production on Sitara Entertainments banner with PDV Prasad presenting it. Producer Suryadevara Naga Vamsi said, “Premam is a musical romantic drama with stunning visuals. Fifty percent of the shoot has been completed. It will be a summer special release.” Premam is a combination of three beautiful love stories. Chay will be seen in three different shades and talented musician Gopi Sundar scoring the music for this love story.
