The impact of fear is so strong that once you have a shaky experience, you will never dread to try it out again. The same applies to spooky places and creepy situations and here, the fear factor is exponential. Here is one example that will convince you without a doubt.
In the year 2003, the eccentric genius Ram Gopal Varma made a film called Bhoot featuring the straight faced superstar Ajay Devgn and the cute Urmila Matondkar. This was a horror movie which sent chills down the spine of the audience. The shooting took place at a flat in Veera Desai road, Mumbai.
The interesting part is, nobody bought that flat till date and it is abandoned. Just out of fear that there is a ghost which does exist in that flat, many are not coming forward to buy it though fact remains that the flat has nothing of that sort. But that is the impact of RGV’s film.
