Rangasthalam is lauded for its perfection. Being made under Mythri Makers, Rangasthalam bagged homogenous collections at the box-office. Ram Charan, Samantha, Aadi Pinisetty, Anasuya and all the other actors were lauded for their extraordinary performances in the movie.

Devi Sri Prasad who composed the music for Rangasthalam gave a blockbuster album. But, he got a lot of negativity after the song "Aa Gattununtava" was replaced with his voice in the movie, while the original song sung by Siva Nagulu was loved by the audience.

It seems like Devi Sri Prasad is into another controversy. Ganta Venkata Lakshmi who has hummed for the item number "Jigelu rani" has come up with the claims that she was not given any remuneration by the makers. Venkata Lakshmi is overjoyed for the opportunity she got, to sing in such a big movie, but she says she has not received a single penny as the remuneration.

The movie has bagged crores to the producers. Why not pay off the artists with the money they deserve, is the question here. Venkata Lakshmi revealed that she tried to talk to Devi Sri Prasad, but the makers had not even given her the music director's phone number.
