Reading the headline might confuse you a bit but then there is an element of link between humanist Babu Gogineni and the item queen Mumaith Khan. During the first season of the reality show ‘Bigg Boss’, Mumaith Khan was one of the inmates and at that point, the industry was rattled with the issue of drugs consumption and peddling.

The list of suspects also had the name of Mumaith hence she was asked to come out of the Bigg Boss house due to the SIT investigation. Now, it appears Babu Gogineni also might have to end up repeating the act. Buzz is that a legal case has been filed on him and the matter has now gone to the High Court.

As a result, the Madhapur Police Station is reportedly preparing to issue notices to Babu. Once that happens Babu Gogineni has to appear in front of the court with his share of arguments. That way, something that happened with Mumaith Khan during the first season might happen with Babu Gogineni in second season. The coming days will give further clarity.
