We have reported long back that Dil Raju has bagged the Telugu rights for 96, a Tamil film which has Vijay Sethupathi and Trisha in lead roles. The trailer of the film which is yet-to-be released was unveiled a few days ago and has gone viral.

According to the latest reports it is said that Dil Raju has brought down Samantha and Nani to Chennai to watch a special show of this film. Apparently, both the actors have cried after watching such a beautiful story and have said yes to star in the Telugu remake of the film. There are chances that 96 might be dubbed in Telugu has taken the rights already. But now as he thought of remaking it, the dubbed version is not guaranteed. Nani and Samantha have previously worked together for Yeto Vellipoyindi Manasu. It is said that Dil Raju might take the film on floors in December and will be asking one of the directors whom he has launched to direct the film.
