The quantity of biopic has been on the rise with each passing day and as a result you would have lost count of how many are being made. Yet, there are those handful of biopics which are still holding attention and many cine buffs are eagerly waiting to watch them. First in the list is the biopic on great N T Rama Rao.

Second to that is ‘Yatra’ which happens to be the biopic on the late Y S Rajasekhar Reddy. This has been helmed by Mahi V Raghav and it has the Malayalam megastar Mammootty stepping into the shoes of YSR. Now, a rather shocking twist has come. It is known that many expected YSR’s son Y S Jagan also to be showed onscreen.

In between, there were many speculations that the supremely talented Suriya or his younger brother Karthi would be doing the role of Jagan. While few other names were also being tossed reliable reports have confirmed the makers have decided to remove Jagan’s track completely to avoid any distraction on the main theme. Interesting!
