Several actresses of South have expressed their desire to work with Vijay. In a recent interview with Karan Johar, the Bollywood actress and daughter of Late Sridevi, Jhanvi Kapoor also wanted Vijay to work with her.

When Jhanvi Kapoor appeared on 'Coffee with Karan' show along with brother Arjun Kapoor, the host Karan asked her 'If you were to wake up, one day as a male actor - who would that be and why?'. She quickly replied: 'Vijay Devarakonda and I'd do a film with me (Jhanvi).' That reply from Dhadak actress has surprised all the fans of Vijay and she looked quite fond of him.

When Jhanvi spoke about Vijay, Karan Johar took a moment to tell who he is. "For all of you who don't know him, he has actually done a film 'Arjun Reddy' which is now being remade with Shahid Kapoor and he is touted as a supremely sexy South Indian movie star." Jhanvi added to it: "And extremely talented also."

In a very short span, Vijay Devarakonda has got bigger, better and craziest star down South and his box-office potential is also very huge.
