Jr NTR was expected to campaign for his sister Suhasini who is contesting from Kukatpally on TDP ticket. Even Chandrababu Naidu has come all the way from Amaravathi to campaign for her. But Jr NTR negated the proposal to campaign for her sister, despite the requests of some TDP leaders.

Though many in the TDP coterie advised him to campaign to be in good books of CBN, sources reveal that he didn't oblige the request citing a reason. It seems that he is not ready to campaign against TRS as KCR's government took responsibility for the cremation activities of his father Harikrishna who was killed in a road mishap near Nalgonda in August 2018.

So it is implied that the conscience of Jr NTR is not allowing to talk against TRS in the name of the election campaign. Hence he kept away from the political wind, keeping himself busy with RRR works.
