Mass Maharaja Ravi Teja has not been in a great form these days as all of his movies in the last couple of years have ended up as huge disasters. So, he is now gearing up to remake the super hit Tamil movie Theri, featuring Kollywood star Vijay in the lead.
The film which released in 2016 went on to become one of the highest grosser of that year and it was directed by the young Atlee Kumar. The super hit movie is going to be directed by Kandireega fame Santhosh Srinivas. Star heroines Kajal Aggarwal and Catherine Tresa were onboard as leading ladies for the yet to be titled movie. According to our sources, the principal shooting of this project will kick start on 15th April. A major portion of the shoot is expected to be shot in the first schedule.
With music by Rock-star Devi Sri Prasad, the remake will be bankrolled by Mythri Movie Makers. In the meanwhile, Ravi Teja will finish the talkie part for his ongoing film 'Disco Raja', a science fiction entertainer being directed by VI Anand and produced by Ram Talluri.
