Prabhudheva, Tamannaah Bhatia and Bollywood actor Sonu Sood have played the lead roles in Abhinetri, a film which released in 2016. The film was a hit and has seen a lot of collections too. Now, after three long years, the sequel is made and it is titled Abhinetri 2.

The first look poster features Prabhudheva, Tamannaah and Nandita Swetha. Directed by AL Vijay, the film also has Sonu Soodh, Yogi Babu, Murli Sharma, RJ Balaji, Kovai Sarala, Nassar, Darshan Jariwala, Guru Somasundaram, Satish and others in crucial roles. This is a bilingual film and is produced by Durga Prasad Mahapatra under Abhishek Pictures in association with Trident Arts.

This is a supernatural thriller and many of the horror thriller genre fans have eyes on this project and are waiting for the release of it. Tamannaah has been posting updates from shoot locations and the unit even travelled to foreign locations for some crucial scenes. The makers have announced that the film will be releasing on May 1 worldwide.
