Powerstar Pawan Kalyan attended the pre-release event of Republic on Saturday evening. Since his nephew Sai Dharam Tej could not attend the event because of the accident he met on the occasion of Ganesh Chaturdhi, Pawan Kalyan has decided to lend a helping hand in the film's promotions.

During the pre-release event, Pawan Kalyan delivered a strong speech that covered various aspects. He not only praised the film unit for coming up with an interesting speech but also fired on the media that is showing more interest in Sai Tej's accident rather than the issues that actually matter.

At the same time, Pawan Kalyan discussed the issue of ticket prices, the Andhra Pradesh government's stand on his films, and on the film industry, in general.

Pawan criticized AP CM Jagan Mohan Reddy and also his ministers for not showing any interest in the issues of the film industry.

The speech has currently become the talk of the town as Pawan is getting a huge support from the film industry people.
