The 68th National Film Awards were announced the other day. The Government of India declared these awards for the films that were released in 2020. Tollywood has not appreciated the winners in a big way. Soon after the announcement has been made, actors like Pawan Kalyan showered their praises.

Yesterday morning, Megastar Chiranjeevi took to social media to congratulate all the winners.

Chiru congratulated Best Actor award winners Suriya and Ajay Devgn. Chiranjeevi congratulated all other winners by writing, "Hearty Congratulations to ALL the National Award Winners from across India. Our very own #ColorPhoto team Team #Natyam, @Sudha_Kongara @gvprakash. Team #SooraraiPottru & Team #AyyappanumKoshiyum among others!! #68thNationalFilmAwards."

On the other hand, a couple of other actors too showered praises on the winners but it is not as big as how the industry received the announcement last year.

Since there are awards only for small-budget films this time, we are unsure if the industry is unhappy or surprised or shocked or disappointed.
